Which features are available in your country, and the stablecoins and networks we support. Availability is set by our custody partner and by sanctions law, and can change without notice.

Browsing and donating

Available worldwide, except in the countries listed below.

Heart.Fi wallet

Available in most countries after identity verification. 36 countries are excluded.

Bank deposits and withdrawals

Available in 6 regions, each with its own currency and payment rails.

Countries

We determine your country from your verified address, falling back to the country your connection resolves to. Using a VPN to appear in a supported country is a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Not available

Heart.Fi is not available in these countries in any capacity — you cannot create an account, donate, or receive funds. This covers comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions and countries whose own law prohibits holding digital assets.

No custodial services

Our custody partner cannot serve these countries at all. You can browse, and donate from a connected self-custody wallet, but you cannot open a Heart.Fi wallet, hold a balance, or use bank deposits and withdrawals.

Our custody partner operates in these countries but cannot open a Heart.Fi wallet for you, so you cannot hold a balance. Transfers still settle, so a campaign here can receive donations — they are paid out rather than held.

Every country not listed above can use every feature, subject to identity verification. Verification can still fail on an individual basis — a supported country does not guarantee you will pass it.

Bank deposits and withdrawals

Moving money between a bank account and Heart.Fi is available in these regions. Each one is unlocked separately during verification.
